In accordance with applicable law, we prohibit discrimination against any applicant or employee based on any legally-recognized basis. We provide an inclusive environment for talented and creative individuals with the background, skills, and desire to succeed in a challenging environment. Our commitment to equal opportunity employment applies to all persons involved in our operations and prohibits unlawful discrimination by any employee, including supervisors and co-workers. We are committed to the following:
  • To recruit, hire, train, promote, and compensate all applicants and employees in a nondiscriminatory manner without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation, or related conditions), national origin or ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, uniformed servicemember status, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a parent, genetic information (including testing and characteristics), or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law ("protected characteristics");
  • To ensure that all personnel actions related to such matters as compensation, promotions, transfers, benefits, OF sponsored training/educational assistance, and social and recreational programs are administered in a nondiscriminatory manner without regard to protected characteristics;
  • To select and engage contractors and make and administer all contractual relationships in a nondiscriminatory manner without regard to protected characteristics.

The OF prohibits, and shall not knowingly permit, retaliation or reprisal against a person who in good faith makes a report of unlawful discrimination or participates in an investigation of alleged unlawful discrimination. Prohibited retaliation includes, but is not limited to, termination, demotion, suspension, failure to hire or consider for hire, failure to give equal consideration in making employment decisions, failure to make employment recommendations impartially, adversely affecting working conditions or otherwise denying any employment benefit.

An employee should report any retaliation prohibited by this policy to his or her supervisor, any management team member or to Human Resources. Any good faith report of retaliatory conduct will be investigated in a thorough and objective manner. If a report of retaliation is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, will be taken.
